Second date stage

So I met this wonderful, intelligent women on a dating app a week back. We are planning our second date in the coming days. In the first date, I found her to be a LOT like me, nerdy, intelligent than me(not an understatement), and also inexperienced in dating and awkward but in a cute way. We are also very compatible in the sense that we are from the same city living in a different country. I find her emotionally attractive but I don't find the spark physically. How should I navigate this, I feel like we would be best friends if I move forward and also don't want to loose a wonderful women for something shallow. Any advice?
