(Details about me before hand: I’m 17, 1m78 and 74kg, I smoke puffs and been smoking a bit more cigarettes since I’ve been in Corsica )

Yea so I’ve been in Corsica for 5 days now and I started realizing 2 days ago right before going to bed a bunch of tiny dots on my face ONLY (did in fact not have ANYTHING in my face a few hours prior)  and when I woke up they took more place on my face, and it’s now the second day I have all these dots on my face and there’s no recovery going on.  
What’s weird is that I’ve NEVER ever had trouble with my skin ever, I did have a few pimples sometimes but NEVER EVER something like this)

I’m really not sure what it could be. I might be allergic to something I ate, but I could also be sensitive to my cream that I basically use everyday, but that I transferred into an old pot that’s contained some greasy skin oil (since 2024) that I thought I throughly cleaned.   
It could also be the melatonin I took (wasn’t prescribed) and that I took into a tool like box in iron that could’ve been pretty hot and ,yes i did take a pill every night since I came ,but ever since I had the skin condition I haven’t.  
And what I really think it is: a mix of sweat and dead skin maybe because I’ve been sweating way way way more since I’ve come to Corsica, but it seems weird because it appeared so suddenly.  
I also washed my face with scented body wash but that might be a small detail   
I now apply Aromazones 2% salicylic acids serum and the 92 snail moisturizer (and not the transfered cream anymore)

Thank you so so so much if you read this all and that you decided to help me, because I feel in a crazy distress because my clear skin is my whole life and I’m in a friend trip and I genuinely pray I can have a clear skin before the end of this trip. Thank you so much! 

What is this skin condition happening to me and how to i get rid of it FAST
