All climate shirt locations

Pre 1.0 release i used to run the all weather climate shirt and have hot and cold resistance high enough ( I believe in conjunction with my plasteel armor) to essentially ignore the issue of climate. In my new 1.0 world i havent been able to find any of those shirts. How do we go about getting them now and what can I do to to mitigate the effects of heat in the meantime. Trying to get a jetragon but its too hot. Ideally looking for accessories etc. Not just pals, I know chillet works to add some cold to the equation but they arent particularly good for the fight to jetragon.

Tl:Dr - i want all climate shirt. Where go?
