Team suggestions for FC 26

I've played fifa for all my life and stopped after fifa 22 since I lost the spark, but the game was on sale on steam, so i bought it and now I want to start a career mode that I can dedicate myself to it and enjoy it, but I'm struggling with picking the right team to do so. I would love some suggestions for medium and small-sized teams for a new carreer.
