Cancel several guests to accommodate a multi-month guest?

Hi everyone. Relatively new host. So far, three reviews all 5-stars. Our place is getting booked consistently, especially over weekends.

Considering how few reviews we have, the rental is exceeding our expectations.

Question in the title: a guest who is actually booked for a full week, in a week, asked if they could tour the place to see if it works for a multi-month rental. We would have to cancel about four other bookings to accommodate, though we don’t know their details yet. I know Airbnb doesn’t like hosts cancelling. Anyone have experience with this? Is it worth it?
