Hacker reported their own trade??

Back in January, someone hacked my Roblox account and used it to take my pets. When I looked up what to do in the case of someone scamming/hacking your account to take your pets, it said there was no way to reach out directly and you just had to report it via the in-game system. However, when I got in the game, all of the trades were already reported. I assumed it meant that the game reported it automatically, so I just waited patiently for the game to return my pets but they never did, even months later. (I saw that they returned pets after 3 months or so at most, and it's been well over that now.) I'm worried that the hacker reported the trade themselves and said something to make it seem like I was just unhappy with a trade instead of hacked out of my items, but I can't even view the report to check so I'm unsure. I've been really frustrated by this happening that I've been avoiding playing the game altogether. Maybe that's a bit dramatic, but it's annoying how I payed robux for some of these pets and never got them back after somebody hacked me and took them.

If anyone has any advice on how to fix this or any way to get in contact with someone who can help me reverse this, please let me know. I have screenshots of everything as well, including when they changed the email linked to my account, if that's something that is necessary. I know they'd come back to me untradable and that's fine, I wasn't planning on trading most of them anyways. I would just really like them back if there's any possible way of doing that. Thank you!
