TRIM RX - i never received my order!

On June 24 I filled out all my information with Trim RX. A Dr. reviewed me and approved me for Semaglutide. I paid for 3 months. My account has been sitting in ordered status ever since. I have sent messages to support 3 times with NO response, and sent messages to a Dr. 2 times and No response. I feel like they stole money from me and I'm not ever going to get what I paid for. Has anyone else had this issue?
