Discord flagged my account as stolen, but it's not.

I'm not sure what or why this happening, but I assume it's either because of Mullvad VPN or because I used a third party discord client on my 20 year old Thinkpad. Is there any way I'm able to remove this message from my account? I'm afraid of contacting support because I'm afraid of losing this account I've had for nearly 10 years.
