Report Coverage Issues

What is the best way to report coverage issues?

My neighborhood has gotten much worse over the last 3-4 years (both LTE and now 5G also). I always show signal (2+ bars depending) but there are areas where data will not flow, even with more than 2 bars. Some of my neighbors have mentioned getting those signal booster devices so I’m also wondering if people are using them and don’t have them registered properly and potentially causing issues also.
