Record player repair

Anyone know a shop that could repair an old record player? I have a suspicion that there’s some belt issue, but I’m not entirely sure what’s up. It’s a Dual player from the 70s

I’m in UWS, ideal if there’s a spot in the neighborhood. But will travel if i need to
