5yo gets frustrated when doing homeschool but doesn't want to stop

Help!

As the title said, I have a pretty determined 5yo who gets increasingly frustrated if he doesn't get his school work right from the first time. We just started writing without tears and the first activity is him copying me writing his name. He clearly can't do that yet and we are working on it, I dont expect him to get it from the first time. He became extremely frustrated. I told him we can stop now and try again tomorrow, but he WANTS to do it right now and gets angry if I tell him we should put the books away and move to something else. This isn't just in this specific scenario, in all subjects he does that when he doesn't get things right from the first time.

What do you guys to help a child like that? So you insist on stop teaching them for the day? Or let them continue.
