LF semi-vanilla 16+ PVP oriented SMP

16+ hopefully, base of 10-20 daily players (small smp), no plugins but only QoL, no elytras (no elytra is preferable but elytra is fine as long as if there is no dipping from combat with elytra)/no tp, fabric?, 1.21.11, EU, and with rules like no naked killed, or warning before killing, and not destoying BUILDS (but base griefing is alr). OH and hopefully some SMP plugins like gem, bliss, lifesteal or ranks, anything to not make it boring, WITH VOICECHAT!
