A&E says nothing wrong

Hi, ive been have heart palpitations every 10mins constantly all day, went to A&E, blood tests and ECG, they say everything fine, nothing serious with bloods or ECG, xray was fine. Said its etopic beats and should clear up. I left with zero confidence and any idea how to stop them
