confused about interaction with ex

so for some context, my girlfriend and i broke up in april (wlw) and before we even started dating officially, we both knew we were gonna break up due to long distance and graduation so we just wanted to enjoy our time together.

when we broke up, they didn’t remove me on any socials (tiktok and insta) and for about 2 months we didn’t have any direct conversation. last week friday, i woke up to a tiktok from them that was sent at 2 AM and was honestly really surprised!

i opened it and it was about a show and how funny the script is and i don’t remember ever talking to them about it and ive also never seen the show so i was so confused why they sent it and i also thought it was a mistake since it was 2 am and ive done that to others too (LOL).

so i liked it (with a ❤️) and moved on with my day - this was around 12 PM friday. then later that day, i see that they blocked me on tiktok but we still follow each other in instagram. can someone help me? should i have replied? why block me??
