HELP ME WITH MY BACKUP THEMES

so I really this Smart Launcher 6 but what I don't get is why when I switch themes with my back up it needs the configuration to be restored I want to switch themes without making the configuration reset cuz it's hard to reconfigure them again I have made 3 themes so far and when switching to a different one it really reset the configuration if there's any possible way to prevent the configuration from restoring please consider making an explanation how to do it thanks
