Is this considered normal cluster feeding for 1 week old??

Baby is one week old today. He has been feeding non stop for 3.5 hours straight this morning… he should not be awake this long!! Altho I guess he did get a 15-20 minute nap inbetween all that but otherwise has been attached at my boob on and off (off for max 5-10 mins at a time). Im afraid hes going to get over tired and freak out. I know cluster feeding is normal at this stage, but is THIS normal?? The odd thing too is he basically fights and fusses at the nipple each time, but if I stop offering it he chews on his hands and gets fussy.

My husband and I are learning so much, I feel innundated with information and worry at every step.
