Someone created a Business Portfolio under my name and added my page to it, now I dont have access

I got an email saying I was "added to a business portfolio" under my name. My band's facebook page was added to it. Now that person (whos name is just displayed as a long string of numbers) has full access and I have "partial" so I cant do anything. I cant get through to Meta because I'm not admin on the page. I dont know what to do. Anyone else have someone create a business portfolio under their name?
