Looking for a good Skyblock or Stoneblock pack without Create

I'm basically looking for something with mostly linear progression, AE2, Mekanism prefered but not mandatory, absolutely no create, and good quest rewards (no loot bags or random stuff). I've been looking into Ozone Skyblock Reborn 2 and Project Infinity 0.1 but people have said pretty bad things about how needlessly grindy they are.
