We made 50 female D&D miniatures four years ago. They did way better than expected, so we're doing 50 more.
I sculpt for a small studio, and I'm running our next campaign, so I figured I'd write this one myself.
Back in 2022 we put out a set of 3D printable miniatures called DnD is a Woman: 50 female RPG characters as pre-supported STL files, the idea being grounded heroines you'd actually field at a table instead of the usual chainmail-bikini thing. If you print minis, you might've seen it on MyMiniFactory.
It funded in a day, and the part we didn't expect was what came after: a community formed around it, and they've been steering what we sculpt every month since. Volume 2 grew straight out of that. People wanted more characters, more options, so we made 50 more.
I came to sculpting from painting, I painted miniatures professionally before I switched, so the jump in sculpt quality from Vol 1 to Vol 2 is the part I'm genuinely proud of.
Sculpt quality comparison between Vol. 1 and Vol. 2
For anyone who prints:
- Pre-supported and unsupported files both included
- Every model in 28/32mm tabletop and 75mm display scale
- Presupports tested through resin, coming off clean
Hand placed pre-supports by our support master. Satisfying crunch guaranteed.
It launches on MyMiniFactory soon. If it's your kind of thing, you can sign up on the pre-launch page: early folks get a bonus model and a launch discount, and we'll email you when it goes live:

Happy to answer anything about the sculpts, the presupport approach, or scales. I'll be in the comments.
