Everytime I open specific applications they close.

I have been struggling way to long with this.

Everytime I open web browsers like firefox, opera, opera gx, librewolf, brave they automatically close / crash after about 5 seconds, though google chrome and edge seem to work which ive been using, other applications also seem to do this.

I have used ai to help me, fix the issue and its told me alot. Here are the symptoms.

Symptoms:

Microsoft Edge works perfectly.

Google Chrome now also works perfectly.

Opera GX closes after about 4 to 6 seconds.

Firefox closes after about 4 to 6 seconds.

LibreWolf closes after about 4 to 6 seconds.

The browsers do NOT freeze or show "Not Responding".

They are fully usable for a few seconds and then simply close themselves.

The timing is random, around 4 to 6 seconds.

Important details:

This ONLY happens on my Windows user account.

I have another Windows account on the same PC where these browsers work normally.

There is no obvious crash popup.

I couldn't find a useful Application Error (Event ID 1000).

I mostly saw Event 1001 (Windows Error Reporting),

Application Hang, and a Perflib 1023 event, but nothing that clearly points to the browser.

Things I've already tried:

Restarted the PC.

Ran sfc /scannow as administrator. It completed successfully and reported no integrity violations.

Reinstalled Opera GX.

Fresh installed Firefox.

Fresh installed LibreWolf.

Confirmed Chrome works.

Confirmed Edge works.

Confirmed the browsers work on another Windows account.

Extra information:

A long time ago I used Chris Titus Tech WinUtil to optimize Windows.

I don't remember exactly which tweaks I enabled.

I opened WinUtil again and used "Get Installed Tweaks", but it only showed the "Restore Point - Create" option as checked.

I don't think this issue started immediately after using WinUtil, so I'm not sure if it's related.

This has genuinely pissed me off, because today other apps have started doing this aswell.
