Desktop Publishing for GM/Player's Guide?

Hey all,

I wanted to make out a nice player's guide and one for my own use to make an easy to read adventure module-type thing to keep all my stuff in one place.

Can anyone recommend a simple desktop publishing program? I used to use Pages on my mac laptop in college, but I switched to Windows for gaming purposes years ago. I don't need anything complex, just user-friendly and a nice looking end product.

Thanks!
