Comfort with appointment details in your work email?

My HR and Classpass responses to my concerns are making me feel crazy. Is it not not a huge privacy breach to have private appointment details popping up in your work emails? IT reads and filters all of them. Not to mention the horror of a waxing appointment notification popping up during a presentation. There's a reason neither health insurance nor EAP go to your work email. My work only offers 10 credits and then I pay personally for an extra 30 but the embarrassment and lack of privacy are seriously making me consider closing my account.
