How to get value in comp?

So I am a spidey main but I am struggling hard to get value in comp matches, esp if the other team goes tripple support w/ a Namor, I can't seem to do enough damage to get a pick and I am being stifled, then of course even if my whole team i playing poorly everyone shits on me lmao.

In those instances should I just flex? I play a decent strange as well so that is my go to.

What other characters do you guys enjoy playing other than spidey or other characters that are viable in comp rn?
