Anyone experiencing issues with ordering through Vans online?

(US) For whatever reason, I'm trying to place an order for customized Vans shoes, but my order refuses to go through. I've used PayPal, which I briefly went through, but reversed course 30 minutes later since I never received an order confirmation.

I so want to get these customized pairs so badly. 😭

Is anyone going through the same dilemma, or is it just me?
