Applications galore, response?

Hi all, I have applied for a bunch of roles and I'm in the hiring manager review stage. And I have professional experience in these jobs. Interview went really well. But I see people in my discord getting accepted after 3-5 days (Mostly US and EU folks) while some of my applications have been sitting for over 20 days. And yeah I apply pretty early.

Am I missing something? Is this because I'm from the APAC region?
