Where do I put the two cables coming from the fans into my motherboard?

I woud like to sync up the rgb lights in my PC directly from my MSI motherboard. I have two connectors comming from my Lian Li Unfian 120 3 pack WIRELESS and I've put them into my mother board on SYS FAN 3 (the one with 4 wires) and the one with 2 wires sits in SYS FAN 4 .

The one with two wires doesn't seem to fit in the Jrainbow socket (keeps falling out) so I guess thats not the way to go.

Any help would be kind.
