10yrs?
Hi
My mortgage is up for renewal in 49 days.
This is what Halifax has come back with. It’s an £85k sub account that’s about to expire, the rest is due for renewal in 2030 and is set at 4.37%.
We owe £168k and LTV has just hit 40% this week when Halifax updated house price index.
I know nothing about any of this unfortunately, but that 10yrs with higher payment is £10k less going back to Halifax.
Any advice please? And I’m really sorry about the long post :)
