Nord5 charger feels slow

I upgraded from redmi note 10pro max which had a 33w charger to nord 5 which has 80w charger and honestly 80w doesn't feel much faster, is it supposed to do this and also when I use phone while charging with out bypass charging it still charges so slow ,is this how 80w chargers are or only me
