Wegovy for 6 pounds, injection or pill?

Hi there. I am in my mid 40s and I have quite a bit of food noise and really just wanna get back to my normal weight which is losing six or 7 pounds. I did take metformin 1000 mg for three weeks, but it made absolutely no difference so I went off. I had a meeting with MIDI health and she recommended with Govee over tries appetite because it’s a little easier and I won’t lose as much. But now I’m unsure if I should try injection and microdose or get the compounded pill version. I just wanna lose six or 7 pounds and maintain it for a few months and then go off it completely which one would you recommend for my situation?
