So for context I'm trying to start an anime-inspired fashion and apparel brand. For that I was working on a piece that requires a custom jacquard warp knit mesh, with a unique design integrated in it. I wanted to know exactly:

What steps would I require to make a pattern suitable for jacquard knit fabrics.
What happens in jacquard knitting?
Where would I find people or places who could potentially make this and
What budget should I keep in mind for this?
