Recovery email added - scam?

Hi, I have been receiving emails from noreply@google.com stating my emails has been added as a recovery email for other Gmail accounts.

The final one that comes through says: “(myemail)@g-temp-profile.com wants to use your email address as their recovery email. Use this code to finish setting (myemail)@gmail.com as a recovery email”

I have passkey, 2-factor etc., changed my password not reused anywhere else. Don’t see any new signins or devices on the security tab.

Has anyone has any tips or cam across this before?
