On Aftersun, did Lorenzo’s mum say they’ve watched Love Island together every year, and he’d always say, “Why are the guys making coffee for the girls? I’d never do that.”

Did I understand that correctly?

If so, it’s interesting because a lot of people joked he’d never seen the show and was just on holiday. 😂 If he’s actually a long-time viewer, maybe some of his behavior in the villa is more intentional.

Or was his mum talking about their family dynamic rather than the show? How did you interpret it?
