Potential of Refund if Artists Cancels??

Looking at getting some tickets for RUSH later the year, read recently that they had to reschedule some shows due to illness. Considering their age this is a possibility for any of their tour dates

The recent shows that were rescheduled offer the rescheduled show or refund if you can’t attend. I will be travelling to attend the date I picked out so going to a rescheduled date isn’t an option.

My question is if I buy tickets on Ticketmaster and they are transferred to me and the same thing happens for my date, will I be eligible for a refund or is it only the original purchaser? Years and years ago I had the same thing happen and the original purchaser was the only person eligible for a refund
