clover POS

hello i am currently seeking opinions or any inputs in regarding using clover with merchant one.

i had started business with clover and used merchant one since its connected. it has been over a year and their service is terrible. i have been trying to cancel my account due to us not using clover at all. i spoke to representatives in different departments and they just keep transferring me to other departments due them not having the authority fix the problem. there are hidden fees and hidden policies that wasn’t discussed when we were signing the contract.

Is there any way for me to do something with my bank and report this problem because this is a genuine scam.
