Why wont lawyers email back? Slam dunk case, video evidence of multiple violations, precedent over 700k damages/class actions

Film them breaking the law multiple times on multiple days
Negotiate with one (who hired a lawyer) and claim a small settlement
Other businesses refuse to discuss settlement
Reach out to ask 10 lawyers to help me

Why dont they want this? I have slam dunk evidence and there have been multiple high level lawsuits that settled in the 6 figure range for this exact law. I have a feeling these tight lipped businesses would be very happy to negotiate if a real lawyer reached out, but I can't find anyone willing to draft a letter. This seems like easy money. What am I not understanding?
