Update and happy dance

Everyone, I have such great news. I had been bullied for years, and i never reported it. It was until the other day i let HR know. My manager got in trouble for not handling it. She talked with other managers, and i am now being transferred to another department away from the bully.

My bully and I argued the other day. HR got involved. Another manager who sits next to my manager went to HR and told them this has been happening for years. She didnt report it because she never heard me complain about it.

Here is one better. HR said the girl is not allowed over in my area unless it is a work related issue. If she has to talk to me, my new manager has to be around.

Is the bully in trouble and will anything happen to her? Or is this her discipline. I do not hope she finds a new target.
