Hi everyone! I’m looking for a private landlord with a spacious studio or one-bedroom apartment available around September or Sooner if possible .

I currently live near 68th and East End in South Shore, and I really enjoy being close to the lake. I’m hoping to stay in South Shore, Hyde Park, Bronzeville, or another nearby neighborhood with convenient lake access.

My budget is:

Spacious studio: $800–$1,000 per month
One-bedroom: Up to $1,250 per month

I’m employed full-time, clean, quiet, responsible, and respectful of the property. I can provide proof of income and personal or professional references.
