Good Flash for the FX3

I bought the FX3 to do film work, but I keep getting photography jobs, and the clients are happy with me using the FX3. However, I keep shooting in nightclubs where even the 12,800 ISO struggles to expose the scene properly. Does anyone know of a good flash that can last a few hours that attatches onto the FX3?
