14 Month Schedule

I have been struggling to figure out my 14 month olds schedule. He was waking up at 5:45 and then napping from 8:45-9:30 and then again from 1:00-2:00. For the past week, he stopped wanting to take his morning nap and then was only sleeping from 12:00-1:00. One days he takes his afternoon nap, he is asleep by 6:40. Now the past two days, he napped from 9:30-10 and is up for the rest of the day and asleep by 6:30. What can I do to fix this?
