Elemental Arrows

So now that 1.0 has been released, I've noticed they condensed arrows, fire arrows and poison arrows to all interchangeably be used with the same weapons (old bow, triple shot bow, crossbow) after having removed the old element specific versions of the weapons. Peeking down the technology tree, I don't see higher tier elemental arrows to match the higher quality arrows for the higher tier bows. So anyone who's leveled up far enough, do these higher tier ammo recipes come with elemental versions or can the original elemental arrows be used with them?
