Need help--ProArt PA602 case power LED switch LED

I seem to be having an issue with the power switch LED on my Asus Proart 602 case. Since day one, it has never come on. All this time, I thought it didn't have an LED, but I believe it does from watching a few you tube videos.

I have an Asus Z790 dark hero motherboard. The front panel cable only goes in one way. I can not flip it.

I have looked around, seeing if I have missed something during my initial built.

Can you turn this LED on/off in armoury crate?

I sure can use some help here.
