Surface tragus or dermals?

I’ve been wanting a surface tragus for a while now. I’m gonna get it done, but I’m unsure of whether it’s better to get dermals there or a surface tragus (with staple bar), which is less likely to reject?

I have no problem with being gentle and taking care of my piercings, and I’m obviously gonna go to a professional studio that has experience with them. I also know that with surface/dermal piercings it’s gonna reject some day, but which will «last» me longest?
