[Android][Before 2017] Realistic 3D escape game in an apartment with a red rotary phone

I’m looking for an old Android point-and-click escape/puzzle game that I played on a Samsung tablet before 2017 (the game itself may be older).

Here’s what I remember:

• Realistic 3D graphics.
• First-person point-and-click gameplay (you moved between fixed camera angles by tapping).
• The game started in an apartment.
• There was a red rotary telephone sitting on a small table in one corner of the room.
• One of the first major puzzles involved figuring out the correct phone number and dialing it on the rotary phone.
• After solving puzzles, you could eventually access a balcony.
• The apartment had a 1990s/Eastern European vibe (at least that’s how I remember it).
• It was not a horror game.
• I never got past the phone puzzle because I couldn’t figure it out.

The game may have been removed from Google Play years ago.

Does anyone remember anything like this?
