Is a GPU upgrade enough?

I made this PC a couple of years ago and I’m looking to finally upgrade it (I know terrible timing). My goal is to play new age games with the highest graphics settings.

I think my weakest link is my graphics card would this GPU UPGRADE be enough or would I need to upgrade any other parts/ get a beefier GPU? Any advice is appreciated!
