Ok... I absolutely love this game.. I played around 300 hours on release. BUT... haven't been back much since. These are the biggest reasons why.

(I haven't played the game for a while so correct me if they've changed anything)

1. STRESS - But not your regular extraction shooter stress... an odd social stress I've never experienced in a game before. I'd say a majority of players in the game like to be nice *on occasion*.. but also like engaging in PVP... trusting strangers in this game, AND shooting on sight were both just... emotionally and mentally exhausting. Maybe embark can create a system that makes it possible to, *sometimes* know who you can trust and not trust.

2. SEASONAL RESET - I know some more casual players won't like this... but it's a big one. I think one of the biggest draws for massive community games like this... is... everyone is competing against each other. So, if everyone doesn't have their account reset, many competitive players lose interest. which happened to me... I like POE 2 for this exact reason, as well as EFT or any other extraction shooter.... and it's not really even about gear disparity... its about knowing that the entire community starts a race, *together*. It's fun.

3. (not a big one lol.. but) RESET PROGRESS - Now That I know I'm behind a lot of the other players in permanent buffs from the resets, and *technically* won't be able to catch up. I've lost a lot of interest lol.
