Living with two very rare medical conditions ask me anything

Hi. I live with Alström syndrome and Agenesis of the Dorsal Pancreas. Alström syndrome occurs in only 1 in 1,000,000 people, and Agenesis of the Dorsal Pancreas (ADP) has only 100 known cases worldwide. Alström syndrome (ALMS) is caused by two mutations on the ALMS1 gene, which prevents the little hair-like structures called cilia from functioning properly. It causes multiple health problems, including blindness and hearing loss that worsen over time. I also have ADP, which means I was born without most of my pancreas. If you have any questions, here’s your chance.
