Immediate resignation after LOA

Hi! I’m in a rough situation right now, I need your insights!

First week of June, nagkaron ako ng family emergency sa province which led to me going back home. I became the primary caregiver of my father. I communicated with my TL about my plans to resign, tas nag-ask ako kung ano magiging process if mag-immediate resignation ako. Sabi niya sa akin ay kakausapin niya muna si OM and then they’ll get back to me.

Parang after a week, saka lang uli nagreach out sa akin yung OM namin and sabi sa akin ay baka daw mafifigureout ko home situation namin and then he gave offered me a 1-month LOA, grinab ko na kasi akala ko magiging better situation.

Fast forward to now, almost end na ng LOA ko pero di pa rin maayos situation ng father ko + walanh ibang pwede mag-alaga sa kaniya right now. My decision still stands, gusto ko pa rin magresign. Nagreach-out na ako sa TL and OM ko regarding this and wala pa akong response sa kanila. What should I do now? I’m actively looking for a job na, and I need rin ng COE pag maga-apply.

Company is Alorica, btw. First job and been working for over a year na. Yung mga gamit ko nasa locker pa huhu, i’m just scared baka ma-tag ako as awol pr pagbayarin ako or something 🥲
