Doximity AI scribe

I started messing around with doximity AI scribe the last 2 months. I have to say I'm surprised by how effective it is for admissions.

This month I'm on a rounding rotation and it is terrible for continuity notes. I've written and rewritten several prompts trying to get it to understand what I want. Just because I didn't say that "patient is still on rocephin for uti" doesn't mean that problem is gone, I'm still waiting for culture just like I mentioned on yesterday's note.

Has anyone come up with a prompt that's suited for hospitalist work? Especially if it integrates with EPIC?
