New Category for Claim: Mental Illness

Going by the mental issues that most claimants are going through because of delay in claim settlements, the Ministry of Labour ought to introduce a new category of PF advance: Mental Illness.

The category of Illness isn't enough. There should a separate category of 'Mental Illness'.
