is it possible to make a spidertron prototype move without legs?

I need for flying units with an equipment inventory. I remember a warptorio mod has a martin entity that looks like a spidertron, but has no legs and floats. is it actually a spidertron with invisible legs?

I don't want to add other mods as dependencies.
